Dear PNHP California members and friends,
One of the key strategic developments of the new PNHP California is our regional chapter project. Regional chapters allow us to team build with nearby members and develop local strategy for the education, advocacy, and growth of the physician movement for single payer. Regional chapters also give our membership a geographic access point to the organization.
We are pleased to announce that PNHP California now has 6 regional chapters in various stages of development. Each of these chapters will grow at different speeds and possess different areas of expertise. Our goal is to support these chapters with communication tools, web pages, pizza money, leadership development and more. In summary, our goal is to build a robust grassroots organization powered by our regional chapters.
Below is a list of our 6 regional chapters and their next scheduled meeting. We encourage you to contact the regional representative in your area, go to the next meeting, forward the information to your single payer friends and help shape the future of single payer in California.
